Like many people, the handles on my 1st Gen XBOX Elite Controller have come off. This is a perfect replacement that looks and feels the same as the originals, I can't tell any difference. This includes a spudger (peeping tool) so you can get what you need. I haven't owned them long enough to know if they will start peeling, but in my case the originals only started peeling after two years, so if they last that long and start peeling, I'll just buy them again. because it's way cheaper than buying a new controller, and the 1st gen Elite controller is my absolute favorite (I like it even better than my 2nd gen). Even without a guide, it was pretty easy to figure out.
