Bad quality control. Short 2 screws
Actual plate is good and works well in my kitchen. I'm concerned about the high cost per disk. If I pay that amount, shouldn't I get all the screws needed for the installation? I only have 2. Otherwise it works. I'm not sure whether to contact the seller or the manufacturer. Anyway, I need 2 more screws and can't find them in my local hardware. Hooray! So if you are missing a few screws you can let Leviton know and they will send them to you. For the excellent response, I am increasing my original rating from 3 stars to 4 stars.
