Cons --- Microphone is useless, others can't hear you at all no matter how much software you use. - Positional noise in games is confusing, but not serious enough to make you immediately aware of that fact. It wasn't until I switched to a new headset that I realized how much I had lost due to the bad information that bad headset provided. The ear cups are starting to disintegrate leaving black marks all over and in my ears every day. I've put in many hours with this headset but it falls apart pretty quickly so bear that in mind. Pros: Really fits my large head and is solidly built. Metal straps work well and don't break even after a few years. It was convenient. Who cares. The microphone doesn't work and this headset is lying to you with false information. DO NOT USE FOR ONLINE GAMING, this headset will only cause confusion
