DIY project

First off, I probably didn't read the little details that I actually had to assemble everything myself. It's one thing to string a string through a banner and quite another to make each pompom. And tie them together with a string. I think you get what you pay for. In this note, the materials are well done. It's easy enough to roll and tie the thread. I use my own thread for the second streamer line as one thread wasn't long enough.
