So far I have nothing bad to say about this pack. It looks good, is a good size and the padded shoulder straps allow you to carry it with a full backpack. I carried a small backpack and briefcase to work and wanted to get rid of two things that I could take with me but still fit all my stuff. It meets all requirements. It fits all my work documents, a laptop, a lunch bag and small compartments for small things. I didn't even know when I bought it that it has two side pockets that fit my travel coffee mugs perfectly. Very thoughtful in terms of location and size of the different pockets. I was pleasantly surprised at how good this package is. Haven't worn it in heavy rain yet so don't know how waterproof it is.
