Review on TRAQ ALEGRIA Qutie Womens Walking by Daniel Dominguez

I love the Alegria shoes - they provide the support and comfort I need for my problem feet. These shoes are comfortable and provide ample arch, ball and heel support. I even think they're a little "cuter" than most of their shoes. The only drawback is the app and the pedometer chip. I bought them specifically to more accurately count how many steps I take each day as my phone isn't always with me (I can't wear a smartwatch - I'm running out of batteries). However, the counter is not accurate. Sometimes it doesn't count my steps at all and sometimes I have over 3,000 steps on the tracker when I'm just starting the day. There is no "reset to zero" option. I've tried the recommended fixes (uninstall/reinstall, disconnect/reconnect shoes, disconnect/reconnect Bluetooth). None of these solutions worked. I'm glad there is consolation here, otherwise I would have sent them back. Alegria, please redesign the app to include a zero reset option.
