These are pretty good lights for the price. I followed the directions and cleaned the wall with rubbing alcohol before applying. For a month without any problems. I overestimated the length required and ended up with almost a full 50ft roll. Nevertheless, it's worth it. They're pretty bright and have good settings, I just wish you could tweak your colors or something. For the price, I wish there was an app that came with it, but there isn't. I've seen cheaper kits with applications. Although I'm not really against it. They have become my main lights in my room. I recommended these. Oh and I have smooth textured walls so I think it really helps with adhesions. The only downside to this is that the light seems to gradually dim as you go further down the lane. You can see it a little in the attached picture. The lighter left side is the beginning and the darker right side is the end. To be honest it took me a while to realize that.
