I bought this because I need my cosmetics to be portable but I'm in a rush in the morning. That means I take out my makeup, apply it, and run out the door, leaving my makeup scattered in front of the mirror. I hated going home to the cafeteria, but old habits are hard to break. It was the perfect solution! I undo the lace and all my makeup unfolds in front of me. The zip compartment inside is great for keeping my brushes out of the clutter. When I'm done, I close it right back up and in two seconds the mess is cleaned up. That saves me from my negligence! It holds all my daily makeup with lots of extra space. It was a lot cheaper than the famous branded version, but it holds up well to everyday abuse. I am very satisfied and will definitely buy more.
