- Made in China - Generally hard not soft but silicone is soft to the touch - All metal edges are well smoothed and rounded - Spoon has a reasonable bowl tine size not the smallest. They work pretty well and I really like them. As picky as I am, I have nothing to worry about. I think they're definitely worth considering considering the current price of $8.99.
