Rating change for MP3 and MP4 players

I. The player meets and in some cases exceeds my expectations with one BIG exception - BATTERY LIFE. The battery lasts approximately two {2} hours, making it impractical for use on the road. AFTER USING THE CHARGER FOR A FEW DAYS, THE BATTERY LIFE IS 10 HOURS. PLUS, so I increased the rating to 4. Only one channel (left) is transmitted on the bluetooth, making using aa headphones inappropriate. The speaker is fine, so only 4, not 5. Bluetooth range is very short, around 10ft, but that's not a problem as the device can be slipped right into your pocket.
