Very nice product but wish they'd make it more user friendly

I like that we can use one platform to manage all our sales activities from prospecting through close including follow-up with clients who are still interested or have purchased products/services. It is not very user friendly at this time but they seem committed towards making improvements over their lifetime support contract which has just started for us so hopefully things will improve soon! We were looking into getting some CRM system integrated (Salesforce) however found out during demo day last year about CATALYTIC's product - Sales Insight Suite & its functionality beyond what other companies offer such as integration capabilities etc..

Pros

The ability integrate seamlessly across major platforms in order get an overview view instead having individual applications per client, lead source tracking capability via automation tools; customizable dashboards where you could track your progress against goals set forth by yourself when it comes down performance reviews / compensation
