I like that it is easy to set up with our other mail solutions, but when something goes wrong (like an outage) we are able to recover quickly without having to rely on someone else's services. Not much as far as dislike aspects go. The dashboard has never been very intuitive or well designed so there have not really been many problems from me personally. It does help keep all of our emails in one place which makes finding things easier too! It's easy to set up, it has a great UI, it's very intuitive. The support is good too! I haven't found anything I dislike about this product. It works well for most of my needs. I'm using it as an archiving tool for the backups that my organization makes. Backups are stored in the cloud so they're always available. This allows us to have access from anywhere via our phones or computers.
