I wanted blue-blocking glasses next to my bed. I don't wear glasses or contacts, but I like to block blue light before bed. I've tried them and I have no complaints! My wife loves the way they look at me. I admit they look a bit sophisticated. Nice glasses. I believe they block blue light, but other than that they don't affect how I see things when they're on or off, so that's a good thing. No distortion, no color change etc, and they're definitely comfortable enough to use while watching TV or checking my phone before falling asleep (sometimes for a few hours). I definitely recommend them. I've had cheaper pairs that I threw away - either uncomfortable or too small or looked silly like that. They look like real glasses, fit just like them and suit many face shapes/sizes.
