This is not a US version/authorized device - my device was for Asia Pacific but it was manufactured correctly by the seller

The device sent to me was for Asia Pacific, not for the US. It cost me $500 to get Autel to run this unit in the US. When it wasn't working properly I contacted Autel who informed me that the serial number on this machine was licensed for the Asia Pacific region and not the USA. The seller got it right by refunding me $500.
