If it rains, it's ok! good for outside decoration
Whilst I'm sure they recommend not using this item in the rain, mine has gotten soaked for several days from the rain a few times over the last few months. Not only does it work, the rain actually poured onto the legs to anchor them! The only thing I can fault is that it is very light and if not secured it will burst. The rain helped in my case, but be prepared to use steaks with it. Fills up in about 20 seconds. No complaints for 1 month
