Broke immediately, 2nd bottle was not spill and spill proof, customer service was missing
Son loved and was spill and spill proof. We needed a second fallback so we bought it from Revain. This one wasn't spill and leak proof so we returned immediately. Ello's customer service is one of the worst I've ever experienced. We contacted them because the first one we bought broke and I was wondering if I should find a replacement. They may respond after a few follow-up emails asking for an update, but don't expect any assistance from their support team. If I had thought about buying another Ello product, it would never have made my future shopping list.
