The quality is very good and it's so warm inside
The quality is quite good. The outer fabric is waterproof and the inside is very warm. As for the size, I bought a larger size because there is half a year left until winter and I want to use it longer. I think my daughter will use it as a rain cover and her little foot won't get cold in winter.
