It's great and easy. I'm tired of spending money on flat cotton cartridges every month. They generate waste and contribute to the production of greenhouse gases, only to be thrown away. I love the reusable option! I will say that they leave stains if you use them to remove eye makeup. Before I wash them, I wet them and rub each side with a harsh stain remover. Let them soak and then rinse them off with hot water. I will say the plastic part that helps tighten and loosen the back broke recently in the dryer but I've had them for almost a year now and I think they've held up well. I just tie them in a knot when I throw them in the dryer.
