The pins of the earrings are quite long and the backs are comfortable to wear *Packaging: Comes in a black velvet lined cardboard box which could be a gift. It is cellophane wrapped and the earrings are stored in a small zipped pouch rather than being slotted into the velvet fabric, giving it a cheaper look. Too bad, but it didn't bother me. All in all, this is a cute pair of small earrings with a shiny and delicate appearance, and they will be a good gift for a child.
