False advertising

The object was definitely used and not new. The box was opened and wrapped in cheap clear plastic. When the item was opened it had a blurry white spot. I thought maybe I could clean it up because it's a clear profile. no It turned out to be a spotted handprint. As if someone had glue on their hands and it got stuck in the suitcase. Absolute waste of money.
