Review on Enhance Your Filming Setup with the NICEYRIG Multifunctional Cheese Easy Plate Kit: Cold Shoe Mount for Railblocks, Dovetails and Short Rods by Mike Dart

Degree plate, with super adaptability and use!

This is a multifunctional, true HD CageRig, versatile cheese board. However, this is an A+ offering for Bolting Top/Side Heavy Duty Traditional Top Bottom Front Rear 1/4/20 Top/Bottom QR Style 3 Slot 1/4/20 + 3 / perforated plate, eight. What I mean by toggle is there are frame setups, HD frame setups, and then high-end prof-industry style cage plates. Red, Arri, etc. are designed to mount HD panels, they don't need traditional protection like HDSLRs and devices costing up to $4,000-5,000. Because there is a slight quirk in rigs that aren't designed for really high-end gear, the placement of the top holes is slightly different than most mini rig accessories. IE: You can buy a cold shoe grip, HD all-metal, T-thread for less than $30 or others for 3-5 times the price and the difference (true how really true) is that 4 M5 holding it together, and the 2 holes for attaching to the rig are oddly offset mm to fit the middle of a high end cage. Seemingly pointless, but actually intended that way, both sides of the equation try to limit you with their standard and their products (even if 4 other companies make pens that match). Ultimately it's like pretty much everything else in our business, especially tripods etc and THIS PLATE bridges the gap by having screw holes about 4mm apart so any mount can fit. The thing is, it's not $120, which could well be the price of other near-identical tablets from certain manufacturers. I have long advocated spending outrageous money on these things, although quality is imperative there is a way not to pay insanely (it would seem crazy - dangling from a plate attached to my RED Monstro yes, I seriously think about it Beast twists and breaks the average screw - who wouldn't for $40,000 and here the high price* is relative It's unusual to spend over $50,000 on accessories and not have the budget for a better screw to have x). But there's a difference between spending money on some homemade + cheap crap and that moment 7-8 needed addons cost 150-200 bucks total vs 2500 bucks maybe I'm cheap idk. Personally, I throw away any screws I get. I use real forged steel bolts purchased in bulk, 1/4/20 and 3/8 heavy duty bolts. I can even imagine securing everything with a solid thumb screw and all I would add is that this is as good a record as you can find, if the price is to your liking, buy it. If it's $2-3 more than another BUY THIS, it's worth it. The Cold Shoe includes a full 1/4/20 recessed screw and 2m5 front/rear to mount everything. ** That's that big difference again, tighten the screw to prevent twisting. Minor things, but if it's an $800 Atomos recorder, wow, that might make sense! A+

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • It's OK
