Bought these for our call center just to have a few extras on hand as you never know when the tech will fail. $18 for a wireless keyboard and mouse is pretty darn hard to beat. I bought a set of 10 on December 27, 2018, more precisely in 2019. Here we are on February 27th, 2020 and the last keyboard and mouse combo has died. At this rate, 10 combinations lasted us a little over a year. in all of this you have to consider the variables because not all of them were used at once. We had about 4 people using them at the same time and so within a year all 10 broke. The most common fault is the keyboard and usually the key just stops working. Other problems could be that the mouse buttons stopped working. Cleaning didn't solve the problem so it must be an internal issue. I would say the average lifespan for them was about 5 months before they were abandoned by anything. It is now obvious that these combinations are VERY addictive as this is a call center. 8+ hours a day, 6 days a week, and all the work is typing. So how is anyone going to buy them for home use? I can't say enough about the quality because they are so damn cheap. I would recommend them for home use rather than business use.
