Everyone I use them on loves them. I love that you can just place them on your body without breaking the suction. This reduces the time required to warm up the tissue in preparation for deep tissue processing. The vacuum suction is very strong on a stretched fabric and will last until you break the seal and there will be a small clear mark of canning (purple rings) but the impression won't last as long as with pumped cups. I bought 2 sets and after taking them to work all my co-workers switched to this brand and style of handheld silicone cups.
