I wasn't a soap bar person. It changed me
I do powerlifting 5 times a week for up to 2 hours each time and I sweat a lot and get fat. I've always used liquid body washes because I thought soap bars were cumbersome. The problem is that my skin gets too dry after using liquid soap. This is the first soap I've used when I felt like I was scrubbing sweat and workout oil off my skin without completely stripping it of moisture (causing acne and irritation on me). The smell is great and not overpowering; It stays on the skin a little after the shower, you don't feel like you've just been doused with cologne. Highly recommended :)
