Excellent Platform For Virtual Training And Consulting

I like that this platform is able to give me different options for what kind of event i'm looking at running, the ability to add in additional services has been a bonus as well! Their customer service is amazing so far. Nothing really, but they don't have any specific plans for making new features or changes right now. A bit pricey compared with other platforms out there, but their support team has done such an incredible job keeping up with us thusfar it hasn't bothered me one bit. We had our first workshop run through them and everything went very smoothly - we were able to see exactly where our needs were and how they could use some help getting things set up so we knew exactly what was needed next time around. The ability to connect with our clients in ways that are not possible when we're physically together! We've been able meet their needs for virtual training, webinars/webinar replays as well as client meetings all at once!! Nothing really. Communication is very important especially now since everyone has such busy schedules - this makes it easy (and fun!)to get things done quickly without having long-distance phone conversations or waiting days between emails just so they can respond back quicker :).

  • Great Customer Support Team who work hard everyday helping my business grow by connecting customers directly via email / chatbots ! Amazing people!!! :)
Cons
  • There isn’t anything yet..but if something comes along soon enough then its probably because these guys do good research before implementing ideas into practice
