The first time I ordered this sleep shirt, I followed the suggestion to go smaller because it supposedly runs large; however, being a "pear shape" it was a little snug and if it shrinks as the product information warned, I thought it would be too small. I decided to return it and get the next size. It is on the large size; but, if shrinkage occurs, it should be perfect. Otherwise I love it as it is very comfortable and just warm enough for the South Carolina winters.
