Review on Stylish Stainless Slip-Thru Watchband Replacement for Infantry Watches by Robbie Guinn

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Slightly lighter than pictured but still a monster strap

This is my fourth strap and it fits perfectly with my Orient Mako XL and thick wrist. My first military themed strap, it's lighter than what Revain shows in the photo, but I'm still undeniably impressed with the overall build quality of this strap. With five rings and all stitching done with the utmost care, I felt like I was looking at a Louis Vuitton handbag. All three individual rings rotate very tightly in their seats while the last two which are grouped have more play but not too much in my opinion. The thickness of the strap is the most noticeable feature when you pick it up. If you look closely around the edges you'll see a few hair-thick threads, but no more than five, and they don't interfere with the strap as a whole. I even noticed that there was some padding in one of the attachment holes inside, giving the impression of a "freshly groomed" harness. It will definitely soften over time but I'm sure it will last a very long time and give me years of pleasure wearing the watch.
