This is the second posture corrector I have bought and it is much more comfortable than my previous one. It's thick and good quality, just like the picture. I bought a second posture corrector because the straps sit right in my pits and it needs frequent washing. This posture corrector has small adjustable pads that can be placed anywhere the elastic bands rub. I put on my armpits because that's where I started to feel the friction and that solved the problem immediately. I usually round my shoulders and tilt my head forward. This caused back pain, especially after a lot of work. My posture improved immediately after putting it on. I even throw my head back (probably because my shoulders are where they should be now). I have now completed several household chores without back pain. I recommend buying at least two so you don't fall back into bad habits while waiting for your posture corrector to be clean.
