I bought this set of wedge pillows before I had rotator cuff surgery (you can't lie down for a few weeks after surgery). I've spent too much time exploring all the options available and struggling with some of the options. I bought this one because it has more pillows and more ways to move the pillows around for personalized comfort. What I love most about pillows is their incredible comfort. Give your body a soft cushion and also provide adequate support. Hard and soft at the same time. The lower back support pillow is perfectly snug and the headrest is soft yet supportive. My 13 year old son also fell in love with these pillows and started asking me for his own set (he values comfort as much as I do). Not only are they perfect for surgeries, but I look forward to using them for watching TV or working in bed or on the couch for years to come. One more thing, they did a great job with the pillow liner preventing them from moving when you lie on them as well as the elastic band for the pillow. My only very minor downside is that I wish the really soft and comfy zipped bags came in different colors and maybe had a more stylish look. It's such a small thing, and the dreamy comfort of this set far outweighs any minor style issues with the cases. If you want a supportive yet really comfortable set of pillow wedges, stop looking and buy this set. I'm like the princess on the pea when it comes to bedding and I'm so glad I bought this set! Worth every penny.
