Great contact center solution that also integrates seamlessly

The ability to have multiple extensions in one account, which can be assigned to different users or departments for call routing purposes. Also having voicemail available via email. Having all of your phone numbers tied into this system makes it easy to keep track of who's where at any given time as well as easily assign them to appropriate people when needed. I wish there was an option to use Skype instead of their proprietary software. It would make things easier since we're not able to install our own softwares here. This allows us to communicate with clients from anywhere without worrying about being disconnected during calls due to internet issues.
