Review on Start X Remote Starter Compatible 2013 2016 by Shane Picot

I went to install the kit and had to disassemble the steering column. Directions are terrible. I scanned the QR code hoping for a good video. It was a customer submitted video that was for a different car model. I managed to install it and follow the installation instructions but it didn't work. Look for a number to call only to find they only have email. Good that the steering column is disassembled. Send an email and the response was they reply within 24-48 hours. We disassemble everything and pick up the car. An email later came in that I had to cut the wires in my car's wiring harness. Why did they sell a car specific kit only to have it not work when shipped? Or how about they warn you that you may have to cut wires and so on. Ultimately it works, but overall not a great experience.
