Edit my review. Youngsee contacted me after my initial review and offered to send in new hair as it may have just been released from a batch or refund my money. As I ordered two separate orders, one through the website and the other through Revain, and the quality was the same, I asked for a refund. They offered to send free hair delivery along with my refund to try and get my business back which I appreciate. I am waiting for a new order and will update the quality of the new batch. The color is beautiful and matches my color exactly. Hair feels silky smooth when you take it out of the box, but after the first wash it looks and feels very dry like hay. Such a difference in the texture of my own hair that my straight hair gets tangled easily from friction. I use a sulfate-free shampoo, condition deeply, use a hair serum, let it air dry and sleep on a silk pillowcase and it's still...so dry
