Wearing it now. It works but I don't have much of a butt so the proper belt is important to me. I also need to since it down a little more than the average person due to my diminished glutes(Hank Hill reference for anyone that gets it). But the problem is it is way too long even before I tighten it so I have a long tail coming out of it. Im not returning it but also not going to buy another. I would buy 2 sizes smaller than you need if you're going to get one
