Bought for my husband as a birthday present. Since he works from home I thought this would be perfect to help him relax his stiff lower back and neck. He arrived on time and I think I was more excited than he was. We immediately opened it for use. He put his head on it and it looked tiny. The models in the photos represented the product larger than it really is. Lying on it now was another problem. You should be more methodical than expected when positioning the neck. He and I each tried for about five minutes. We thought that was enough time, but towards the end of my turn I felt something strange. The massager started smelling like burnt parts if that makes sense. Like a blender or food processor when the motor is hot. I immediately turned it off as I'd rather not burn myself if it caught fire. My deepest disappointment: What if it caught fire while my husband was using it on his back? Or worse, while we rode it as advertised? If it's a massager, you'd expect it to massage you for more than five minutes to even achieve relaxation. I would not recommend anyone to buy this. Maybe try a different product.
