I would pay an arm and a leg to get fitted sheets that fit properly. I'm fed up with my $240 TempurPedic sheets (with corner straps for my 16" CloudLuxe mattress) which get tight in the middle of the night, after a night's sleep they slide down the sides/corners and disappear . I sleep on a ball of crumpled fabric. Assuming I just need deeper blades I figured 24 inch pockets would do, but unfortunately the same thing happened with these. I took a picture of my mattress flipped over so you can see how little extra fabric I have on my 16-18 inch mattress (I have a quilted mattress pad on the bottom which adds less than an inch), but I think that's the end. The result is the poor quality of the elastics, it's literally impossible to stretch them on my mattress, they just bulge and don't fit well on all sides. I've added angled straps and they still don't fit well and are baggy on the sides. But my biggest complaint is the quality of the fabric. They are paper thin i can actually see the white logo on the white on the t mattress underneath. Polyester is usually measured by weight and cotton is measured by thread count with 100gsm being about 300gsm cotton and I would guess they are around 60-80gsm they are so thin. I doubt they will hold up. Looking for good sheets!
