I was in the market for a small makeup vanity that was attractive and well made but wouldn't cost me a few hundred dollars. After some window shopping/research/comparing I came across this model and was impressed with its style. , price and number of high ratings. I admit I was skeptical about the price as there is always a little flaw in the design to keep the price down for this type of furniture so you usually get what you pay for. Not to mention that reviews can be fake, which usually seems to be the case these days. So I took the plunge. It arrived fairly quickly but the box was damaged like it had been opened and sealed with tape. A HUGE red flag, but I opened it up and did the necessary inventory and quality assessment. As bad as the box looked, not a single piece was lost or damaged, so thanks to the delivery person for keeping everything intact! You must pay attention to the assembly instructions as they are in pictorial form, as well as the part number; but there are some that are similar, and HOW they are placed affects how each piece fits together. Other than that, the actual assembly was very easy for me and only took me about 60 minutes (if you follow the instructions carefully. 2 hours for my stupid ass for not doing it and I had to disassemble/reassemble a few parts to get it right to make .) I am very happy with the finished product! It's very durable and will stand up to anything I ever need to put on it. Sizes are perfect for my height (haha!). Seriously, there's plenty of leg room between the bench and the bottom of the vanity, and the height of the bench is perfect for my calf size, allowing my hips to lie flat on the bench when I'm seated (not tilted up or slouched). . The bench itself has a fairly thick and comfortable cushion and supports my 200 pounds with no problem. I want it to be the lights around the mirror but I'm going to fix this by using one of the various LEDs sold here. All in all a great item at a really good price. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an inexpensive metal style bedside table.
