I was skeptical about buying this, but one of the top fitness professionals I follow recommended it (generally only, not a specific brand). I use a small amount of body gel in the shower. (or some people use lotion when they're not in the shower) and just squeeze hard and quickly rock up and down 50 times at a time. It takes a minute or less on both thighs. I've been using this for about 3 weeks along with my regular HIIT workouts and running and AM AMAZING at the results. My cellulite was 90% gone in just 3 weeks and my husband even noticed it and told me my thighs are slimmer. Again, I'm in a calorie deficit and exercise daily, so pairing it with this massager made a huge difference. This will be part of my daily life in the future.
