It looks like it's new but it smells like perfume, very strong perfume.
it must have been a return, but the perfume is very strong. I'm allergic to perfume. I have to wash this first before I wear it. It should never have been shipped out in this condition, as I paid for brand new.I just wonder what it smelled like before they doused it with this perfume? Did someone try it on with bad body odor? I never received an item with such a strong odor.
