I received this and spent money on it specifically based on the reviews. While it was fine for 3-4 months, it didn't stop the tablet from eventually breaking. My daughter fell on the tiled floor in her suitcase and a huge crack appeared on the screen. I don't take anything out of the tablet case, but you should at least get some sort of refund if it doesn't protect the tablet as advertised. Especially when you're spending $30 on a case.
