I read that the pants and tops run big, but my boys are pretty tall for their age. Skinny with long arms and long legs. So I ordered their "normal” sizes (M for my 6yo size 8 kid and L for my 9yo size 10-12 kid)The pants are HUGE. My oldest could wear the M and it would still be too big. Luckily his soccer shorts fit snug in the waist and hold the pants up. He still has a ridiculous amount of cloth bunching at his ankles but it’s not a huge deal. The shirts fit oversized too. It works for the time being and they should each be able to wear these for at least another year.I assumed that since they were tall kids, I would be OK purchasing their normal sizes. No. Do not. Size down!Other than the size, they both say the thermals keep them warm during their games and that’s really what matters most.
