difficult to install

build quality is excellent, very solid. The variety of connection options and the built-in USB hub were amazing. I needed a compact wireless keyboard with dedicated arrow keys, which 60% of keyboards don't have. The problem is related to the implementation of these features and the lack of clear and concise instructions in the manual. There are two switches on the keyboard, one to toggle power and the other to toggle between Bluetooth or wireless connection. Here are some issues and issues with the keyboard/manual: 1. According to the instructions for charging or using a wired connection, are you setting the power switch to "no" and "off"? Why are there pictures of switching on and off? 2. No charge indicator as advertised, I didn't even see this charge indicator light up. It does not light up whether the power switch is in the on or off position while the USB cable is connected.3. To use Bluetooth, flip the power switch to the on position and establish a Bluetooth connection. I could use Bluetooth no matter how I set the power button.4. Once connected to Bluetooth, it is not possible to revert to a wired connection unless you disconnect or turn off Bluetooth on the computer.5. With a wired connection it sometimes worked, sometimes not. Apparently it doesn't work if I plugged in the keyboard before turning on the computer. When I plug it in after turning it on, the keyboard works as expected. I haven't tried WiFi. As far as I know, the power button is not used to turn on the keyboard, but to turn on the built-in battery. With the power button off, unplug the USB cable to turn off Bluetooth. When the device is on, Bluetooth connections are supported even if no keyboard is connected. I still haven't figured out the problem with the charge status indicator or how to get the cable connection to work properly. I'm sure there is a way to get it working, but don't expect it to be in the manual. Ideally, I wanted to use this keyboard in wired mode and charge at the same time, or charge via Bluetooth.
