I'm glad I found what suits me. I hope some of these tips will help you: 1. Don't think that you need the largest/smallest size because you are taller/smaller. MEASURE your knee as indicated. Firmly. Those sleeves should be really snug.2. As with #1, since they need to be snug to protect your knee, expect them to be a bit difficult to put on. This is not a product defect, but a feature! If it's too easy, you may not get the protection you're looking for.3. They are not only suitable for powerlifting. They're also great for weightlifting, CrossFit, and anything that puts a lot of strain on your knees. I've found that the best way to put them on is to fold them in half (so the logo is inside the crease and the neoprene is facing out) and then slide them up the leg. Once you reach the knee, you can roll up and down the rest of the sleeve. There are many videos on the internet demonstrating these and other techniques. The company does an excellent job of supporting their customers! It's not one of those companies that sells knee pads and then paper plates or whatever - they specialize in fitness equipment, so they know a lot about the products. Feel free to contact them. I had a sizing issue and they were able to tell me how it all works (that's why I'm passing the info on to you!).
