What a life saver this cool bag is! I encountered the increasingly annoying problem of driving to the beach and trying to lug a heavy, bulky cooler across the beach sand to the water. On top of that, they also try to carry a beach bag and an umbrella while keeping an overexcited dog on a leash. In the end, I decided there HAD to be a better way, and the biggest factor in the equation was a heavy, hard-to-transport cooler. Since the cool bag has become such an improvement! There are a lot of great things packed into this cooler bag, but what I love most is the ability to wear it as a backpack. This alone makes it a lot easier to navigate through the sand to where we camped, having an extra free hand and not dragging the cooler and its bad wheels across the unforgiving sand. The second best feature is how effective it is at keeping temperatures down even in hot weather! While it won't keep you as cool as a full-size cooler, it's perfect for 1-2 people and has room for plenty of bottled drinks, sandwiches, and ice cream. I've also found that using ice packs instead of real ice can also help the cooler stay cooler even longer. I highly recommend doing this, especially if the scenario above is similar to what you've experienced! 5 Stars!
