Review on 🏻 Braun FaceSpa SE 853V - 3-in-1 Facial Epilator/Epilation & Cleansing Brush System (Japanese Import) - Hair Removal and Skin Cleansing Solution by Jennifer Faiva

Unfortunately my epilator stopped working after a few months. I contacted the seller and he told me it must be a stuck hair, but it was actually the rotator system that was broken. The mechanism inside the device has failed and rattles before it gets stuck and completely stops working. I've tried everything I can, now I'll probably have to contact the company and see if something can be done. As someone else mentioned I assume this was because it could do with a refurbishment. Unfortunately, the epilator works perfectly. Definitely pulls out thicker hair. I'm not sure if I have sensitive skin but sometimes it stuck to my skin and scratched it.
