I bought this shoe for my mother for work. This is the only type of shoe she likes to wear since she’s always on her feet and it supports the arch. One of the pairs started to detach by the toes and since she wore them for work, I didn’t know if I could return them or exchange them! But I emailed the customer service and they were amazing!
