Instead of a blue gift bag, I received a double blue gift bag, although I received a blue gift certificate for one of the blue bags. However, these are all incredibly beautiful bags, so I agree and I don't think any of my four future gift recipients will care or even notice that their gift card doesn't match the color of their gift. Ribbon handles harmonize with the colors of the bag. Bags measure 10" tall, 8 1/2" wide and just over 4" deep with a nicely reinforced base. Matching gift cards are 5" x 7" and have "Best Wishes" in gold lettering. If When the gift card is opened there is more than enough blank space inside to write a nice note for each gift I will not unroll tissue paper until I am ready to use it but the product description says each sheet is 20 x 26 "I will keep these gift bags for special occasions such as weddings or anniversaries - they are too beautiful to be used carelessly. I am really happy with these beautiful gorgeous gift bags and think they are excellent quality.
