Splendid terry jogging pants are made of soft to medium weight fabric. The bulldog print on the pants is fun and cute. The pants appear to have a drawstring waist, but that's a decoy. The pants have an elastic waistband and rolled edges. They are well done. In size 18-24 months they fit my 17 month old son well. They are not too long and have enough space for a diaper. I washed the pants in a front-loading washing machine with cold water and dried them on a low heat. They came out great. In general. great children's pants.
