Glad I bought this. It fits nicely between the flared sides of my car seat. Ease of installation. Others have mentioned the lack of adjustability, and I sort of agree. My solution was to wrap a rubber band around the headrest rods to keep it from sliding down too far. Otherwise I had to reset it every time I got in the car. I installed mine under a car seat cover so no one could see how many times I had taped. Hope the rubber holds up. It's also good for my back. Exactly the support I need. I've tried some that were too crooked and I find they support me without pushing me too forward. I'm small (5'3") so your mileage may vary! :)
