The goods arrived on time, the goods correspond to the description. Unfortunately it didn't work at all. No hair removed, tried multiple facial areas and an arm test just in case my facial oils would interfere (facial hair medium coarse, arm hair medium). Instructions followed, prepared, used all steps; very frustrating. There was a certain depilatory smell so I don't know why it didn't work. Also, my skin was stripped (not quite raw but definitely irritated) like previous epilators that actually worked. Of course I tried to return it, but it's non-refundable! Apparently shipping is too dangerous? But they sent it to me? In the end, Revain gave me a partial credit for the Revain finished items that were in my order with this one, so they basically refunded my money. That's why I'm sticking with Revain, but I won't buy this product again and will probably avoid this seller.
