This single mounting bracket is ideal for retrofit installation. I wanted to run Cat 5e on my workbench in the garage for internet access.1. Trace where you want to place the box on the wall (make sure there are no electricity or studs on the back) 2. Cut drywall 3. Insert bracket 4. Tighten screws.5. Add a faceplate of your choice. The entire installation took me less than 5 minutes. I only wish cable routing was that easy! I would definitely recommend this item to friends or family. Good product.
